MEGA MAN MAKER
3 DIFFICULTIES CHALLENGE

A challenge to design 3 levels in Mega Man Maker with varying difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard).

In tools like these, the abundance of mechanics, obstacles may be both a blessing or a curse as I felt overwhelmed by the amount of choices that I didn't know where to start. Therefore, I tried to think about it as a proper Mega Man level, how would the designers develop their levels, how do they go about their theming? With that, I decided to use elements, focusing on any obstacle/mechanic that would play well with my selected elements of Wind, Water, Fire and Ice which made the development a lot easier.

Tasked with designing a quest as a test of my knowledge for drafting experience drafts, stories and level design, I decided to make one based off a topic I had in mind; pop idols.
